Mode Design House collaborated with the client to refine the floor plan, creating a thoughtful layout that includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a European laundry, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and an inviting outdoor entertaining space.

The design brief was to achieve a contemporary yet timeless aesthetic, blending clean lines with carefully curated materials and finishes. This full-service design and installation project encompassed every detail, from floor plan optimization and room space planning to the selection of all fixtures and fittings, appliances, and lighting.

Bespoke window treatments, elegant artworks, custom furniture, and luxurious bedding were carefully sourced to create a cohesive and stylish living environment.
